She hides from view her true pain,
waves revealing her destiny dark.
Crying above as smiles reflect,
a way to be both evil and pure.
Horns on her head break the halo,
wings of light her darkness folds.
Cursed to be such a blessing,
fallen from grace her choice.
The love she once knew was her forever,
now in eternity she weeps his name.
Yearning her feelings for craving,
where once she knew what living was.
In her eyes there is much more to engage,
how such passion inside causes regret.
White as winter her mask foretells,
in red and black she knows why.
Seeing her stricken devastates my heart,
who has she become in her tears?
Way past meaning you’ll find reason,
in why she never opens her eyes.
Blood cries her legs less appealing,
tortured by fate fear holds her high.
Past what was nothing in this loneliness,
reflects who she never wanted to be.
