Thou my light's embrace

Doth thee restrain one’s heart to deny thyself the pain?

Am I to embrace what the shade hath done?

I do not hesitate to question my heart,

who am I if only a memory?

In all of this trivial lies spoken in deep regret,

held to further my own ways inside.

Truth be done in my passing,

whom doth eternity hold?

Awaken me in thou arms this night,

face me to understand.

What I have done to feel again,

where am I to belong?

The sun breaks her light upon me,

moonlight coloring dreams.

Held unto water my drowning,

to live what thou hath me see.

If I fall where eyes cannot shine,

am I whoever thou remembers?

Do not misguide rhyme for reason,

to whom will my body remain?
