Dying time

I waited for you there in my life’s end,

trying to understand your ways.

How you loved me from a distance,

how you looked at the world through your eyes.

Never knowing just the feelings you felt,

or tasting the passion on the lips so cold.

I wanted you to take me so long ago,

I guess I hated you for ignoring me.

So much pain each day just to wake up,

all that I felt from this life.

I wanted to die just to be free,

left to live uncertain times.

No love left to know in this world,

My heart is crushed by your absence.

Now that you know I do love you,

would you ever give me a chance?

See in my eyes this reason,

why I must leave this life behind.

There is nothing here for me without you,

I am just watching my time slip away.

I always knew death was so beautiful,

I only want to be in your arms.

This blood I spill is for your touch,
