Joy calling out the light that makes my day,

in all images felt I see behind your eyes.

a look past the darkness of a heart so beautiful.

Longing for a closeness to be felt not just heard,

under waves of torment where your pain does cry.

Captured in forever eternity bound in light,

perfection seen before I ever knew the look in your eyes.

To find your soul singing out for what you truly feel,

I find the depth of hope amazing, I see the beauty in your way.

No lights to blind these eyes of forever needing falling,

twisting fears away with a look so pure and true.

Deeper and harder I fall into your eyes again,

each thought felt, each pain discovered, all the love you embrace.
