In a word without words

I will fall to the earth just to hold you,

give you my life to feel you breathe.

I would face any pain that destroys you,

so you can feel what I see.

In your arms I do have a purpose,

made clear by eyes already blind.

In your heart is my life’s single reason,

why I am willing to leave everything behind.

If you need me enough to adore you,

I will give to you what’s in my heart.

If you want me to want you please know this,

my life in your arms will never fall apart.

I am willing to give to you my soul,

trusting that you will not fail.

I am able to give you my everything,

knowing you won’t lead me to hell.

In all of the words I cannot say,

one stands out proving to be enough.

In all that you know I am for you,

all of myself, my life, and my love.
