Shadows gone

White images flashing through a once blackened heart,

finding the light inside of dreams felt in my smile.

Betrayal in times caused by the pain too deep to ignore,

as my world becomes new in this final vision of today.

I waited in the shallows of hell becoming undone,

in the flames where gnashing teeth tore my soul apart.

Lasting touches felt in what is now a memory,

of who I was before making who I am.

Where shadows held my heart behind tears broken,

resides the loss of my eternal fiery grave letting go.

Who I have known in my eyes is lost into this place,

only leaving regret for a pain truly given.

Eyes bleed, heart breaks, life seems impossible,

fear fades away in my mind as I give myself to her.

Darklight breaking unbecoming the painful image seen,

in a moment of eternity sits Lucifer in my heart.

No darkness to be felt in the clouds of reigning love,

twisted forms of life falling into who I am.

I feel, I breathe, I know my name inside,

acceptance returning hopes in dreams shattered before.
