Unveiled by hope

For a moment in my dreams, I am awake,

seems like an eternity, these thoughts,

facing the fears before me, eyes wide open,

hoping that you see my heart, unveiled by love.



I try to see you,

opening my eyes,

fading faster I fall,

into your arms.

With all of me I plea,

loving you forever,

in all ways divine.



Seeking the void to surpass my thoughts in confusion,

watching time drift away as we come together.

Under waterfalls of passion and pain we embrace,

all dreams shamefully mistaken I wake in your heart.

Crashing harder with each heartbeat endured,

lights piercing the eyes I see into your touch.

Bleak image forged molten flames igniting,

burning love our heart’s demise this taste.

Beautiful is the picture left inside,

by the love, the light, this existence I love in you.
